Bookings & Payments:

Services must be booked in advance via our website.
Fees are listed for each service. Payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are at our discretion.

Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including logos, designs, and text, is our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability:

We strive for excellence, but we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

Changes:

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Return and Refund Policy

Noelhaus Luxe Studio Return & Refund Policy

Because all services provided by Noelhaus Luxe Studio are custom and digital in nature, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once design work has begun, payments are non-refundable, as time, creativity, and resources have already been invested into your project.

Revisions Policy:

Revisions are included as outlined in each service package. Additional revisions outside the package scope may incur extra fees.

Cancellations:

Clients may cancel future scheduled appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, any payments already made remain non-refundable.

By purchasing services from Noelhaus Luxe Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
